LEARN TO LET MYSELF HOPE

Life looked like it was at the end of the road.   The only thing to do, was to disappear.  I have looked through all the names on my phone, there are only 2 people I feel I could share this with, and even those two, I feel have been burdened too often in the recent past.   My thoughts circles back to me.  Realizing that the creation of now has come about because of my thoughts.  My subconscious had to create my reality because of the "thoughts"  I gave it.

What do "I" have?  Who am "I"?  Who do "I" love?  Who loves this "I"?  As I breath in this moment tears come into my eyes, I feel my heart expand with an opening ache that beats through my body, I feel my love flow through my vanes.  "I love YOU Julie" I speak out loud, in a low whisper, as I wipe the moisture from my face.  Oh, I know I would miss me, if I disappeared.  Blowing my nose, I relax into this moment, as I rub my eyes, I seeing lots of colored-sparkles on the back of my eye lids. Smiling, taking a deep breath, sending out love to each person that has touch my life, helping me to stay present in this time, space, and body. Now, I get to change my thoughts, look at that I want go for!  Thank you for being in my life now!  May we be willing to be real with each other, so that we have each other to call, to help, to laugh and cry together.

As I have heard before, now for the rest of the story.
Sitting at home, finished work, wanted to be entertained, so sat down to watch a "sitcom".... Well, near the end of the show, a really sick friend, choose to take her life, so that others wouldn't have to take care of her......
With having Love ones pass away, I thought to myself why am I here, why stay.  Yes, I have had thoughts of suicide before, so watching this show did bring it up again for me.  What I am getting at?   Our minds are so impressionable, that the show brought feelings forward, I got to write about, think about.... and now see that there are so many times, we see, hear, told something that brings up a repressed memory, that we forgot about.  At that point and time, it is up to us to shove the feeling or look for help.

∞Celebration of Life∞

Have you taken the time to look in the eyes of a child and wondered in amazement the zest for life they have?

Have you looked into an elders eyes and saw the wisdom, sorrow, and love that they have?

Have you looked into a mirror and marveled at why you are here?

Pause a moment, let life pass before your vision while looking in the mirror at your eyes, think of the times your life took drastic turns. Do you remember when a loved one dyed, or someone close chose not to be your friend.

You smile with a tear in your eye, remembering the joy and love they brought you. Feel the fullness of the experience.

As we allow the fullness to grow from our heart, you can turn form the mirror and go out and touch someones life today.

Will you slow down enough to look in that 5-year-old's eyes and say " I see you" or that 89-year-old's eyes and say "Thank you!" or the friends eyes and see the tears that lie behind, and say "I'm here".

Today celebrate Life!

Yours, Theirs, and Mine together we are we, Lets be!
